Hello, there is a problem to activate plugin, i get error "Warning: require_once(importCSV-.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory". After i rename the require_once in importCSV to importCSV or importCSV-en_GB then i can activate but still have no clue how to manage it since there are no any plugin options in the admin panel.

You certainly need to make the plugin more dynamic with respect to the path of the plugin. For example, it gets me the name of the plugin main directory wrong.
